

I’m thrilled to share an exciting new addition to Girl’s Night—Girl’s Fit! I've always been curious about trying workout classes and discovering new ways to incorporate movement into my life, but let’s face it, trying something new alone can be intimidating. That’s where Girl’s Fit comes in!
Each month, we’ll vote on a type of workout class to try, and I’ll gather all the details so anyone interested knows exactly where to sign up. This way, we can explore fun fitness classes together as a group!
Girl’s Fit officially kicks off next month in February, but to get us started, I’m hosting a beginner-friendly intro to tennis night this Saturday evening (weather permitting) at a local tennis court.

Important Information:

Girl's Night will be hosted Friday nights from 7:00pm - 8:00pm.
(but you’re always welcome to come early or stay late) -
Girl's Night will take place primarily in Fort Worth at or nearby my apartment.

Food and drinks will be provided but feel free to bring anything
you want with you. -
Any supplies needed for activities will be provided but feel free to bring
anything you want with you. -
All activities will be announced at the beginning of each month.

RSVPs will be sent out the Monday before Girl's Night and will need to be
submitted by Wednesday. -
If you can’t make every Girl's Night don’t sweat it, Just come when you can. :)
